Delivery

For all items, you will be asked to select a “Delivery Date”. It is recommended you select a Delivery Date which is 1 or 2 days before the day of your event.

Dressed By Clo ships with Australia Post's express postage. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday AEST, via Australia Post’s Next Day Network. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends that is why we suggest picking a the Friday before your event.

We have a standard flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. This fee includes express delivery straight to your door and a pre-paid satchel to return back to us.

If appropriate we aim to post the dress out early to you, in order for it to arrive one day prior or arrive on the day of your hire start date. For dress hires made after 12pm on the Tuesday preceding the start date of the rental week, refunds will not be applicable in the event of non-delivery by the scheduled date. Instead, a store credit, excluding delivery fees, will be provided upon the return of the dress. We strongly advise placing dress hire orders with sufficient lead time to avoid any inconvenience.

You will receive a tracking number straight to your email address once your rental has been dispatched. If you haven’t received this 1 day prior to your selected Delivery Date, please Contact Us.  

Dressed By Clo takes no responsibility where an incorrect/ineligible address has been provided. If you have supplied an incorrect address you will not be entitled to a refund or store credit of any kind. If the dress is unable to be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be liable to pay a replacement fee. 

Clearance items will be shipped will be express shipped within 3 to 5-days of the order being placed.

Return

Every order includes a return satchel that is pre-filled out for your convenience. Just pop your dress into the return satchel and head to your local Post Office or YELLOW Express Postal Box on the day of your return. All orders must be posted back by 4pm on your return date, we recommend lodging your return over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you lose your pre-paid satchel, you will be required to purchase one yourself. This must be an Australia Post Express Post satchel. Please notify us straight away if you have lost your satchel and provide us with the new tracking number.

Unfortunately, if your rental item is returned back late, you will incur a late fee charge. This is why we highly recommend lodgement over the counter at Australia Post Outlet. The fee payable is $25.00 for each day the item is late.
