How does Dressed By Clo work?
You simply browse our website and select the dress you love, you complete the booking form and use the calendar to select the date you would like the dress to be delivered. The dress is then delivered straight to your door on the selected date, after your event you simply pop the dress into the pre-paid satchel and lodge it at your local post office.

How long can I hire a dress for?
For all garments, we offer a 4-day rental period. The rental period will begin on the day you select your item to arrive. For example, if you select a Friday for your delivery day, the garment will need to be returned by 4pm on the Monday, both the Friday and the Monday are included in the 4-day rental period.

What if my dress doesn’t fit?
At Dressed By Clo, we provide as much information as we possibly can regarding the fit of a rental item. We take no responsibility if you choose a size or item which does not fit or suit you. A store credit will not be provided for incorrect sizing. For sizing assistance, please get in touch!

Do I have to clean the dress?
No, we take care of the dry-cleaning so there is no need for you to clean the item. You just need to place the dress into the provided satchel and send it back at your local Post Office or YELLOW Express Postal Box.

What if I damage the dress?
Please contact us immediately info@dressedbyclo.com.au if you do damage a dress in any way. Unfortunately, if the dress is not repairable, you will be charged the replacement value as per our terms and conditions.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order or make any changes please email info@dressedbyclo.com.au 

How much does delivery cost?
We have a flat rate of $9.99 for Express Delivery Australia wide.

How do I return my dress?
Simply place your dress in the provided satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet or place in a YELLOW Express Australia Post Box before 4pm on your return date.

What if I return my dress late?
At Dressed By Clo return times are an important part of our business, by returning a dress late you are potentially delaying another order and/or customer. If you return your item(s) late you will incur a late fee charge of $25.00 for each day the item is late, as indicated in our terms and conditions.

What if I lose my return satchel?
In the unfortunate circumstance that you lose your pre-paid satchel, you will be required to purchase a satchel at your own expense. This must be an Australia Post Express Post satchel. Please notify us straight away if you have lost your satchel.

What if my hire ends on a Sunday or public holiday?
If the rental period ends on a weekend or a public holiday, it must be returned the following business day before 4pm.
